Ph.D. Student
Toan Gian (Brian)
I am a Ph.D. student in Department of Computer Science at Dartmouth College. My research focuses on designing AI-based wearable devices for healthcare applications, wireless sensing, and multi-agent learning systems.
About Me
Hi! I am Toan. Nice to meet you!
My name is Toan, and you can also call me Brian. I was born and raised in Vietnam, a small country with amazing people.
I am currently a Ph.D. student at Dartmouth College, working under Dist. Prof. Tam Vu on wearable devices for healthcare applications.
Before coming to the United States, I earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST), Vietnam. During that time, I was fortunate to work with Dr. Thien Van Luong and Asst. Prof. Van-Dinh Nguyen, who inspired and guided my first steps in academia.
